SpringHill Suites NYC Midtown

Our room's mattress was a bit saggy in the middle, which wasn't the most comfortable. To make things trickier, we lost hot water one evening, and the next day, the elevator stopped working briefly. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but these little hiccups did put a damper on our stay.
